Form workers, Carpenters and Concreters – Immediate Start

About Us:

De Goey Contractors (DGC) is a recognized leader in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, installation, and various aspects of coal mining, terminal maintenance projects, port maintenance, manufacturing, and labour hire.

De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking highly qualified individuals for an immediate start in the following fields:

Form worker

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil, mining or industrial formwork, including shutdown or construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and safely construct formwork systems to specification
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality standards, and structural requirements

Carpenter

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, formwork, or fit-out in industrial settings
• Confident reading plans and delivering structural or finishing work to high standards
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently or within a team

Concreter

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil or industrial concreting including pours, screeding, and finishing
• Skilled in using hand tools, laser levels, and vibrating equipment for high-quality concrete work
• Ability to work from drawings and adhere to site safety and quality procedures

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A willingness to undergo pre-employment checks
• A valid driver’s licence
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space (desirable)
