Construction Workers – Formwork Carpenters, Formworkers, Concreters, Concrete Labourers & Steel Fixers

The Role

We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters, Formworkers, Concreters, Concrete Labourers and Steel Fixers to join the Bielby BMD Joint Venture (BBJV) on the Rockhampton Ring Road Project.

These roles suit skilled civil construction workers with experience in heavy civil, bridge works, precast or concrete environments, looking for long‑term, stable work on a major regional infrastructure project. You will be part of a high‑performing site team delivering critical infrastructure for the Rockhampton region.

Key Responsibilities

•  Formwork installation and stripping
• Concrete pours, placement and finishing
• Steel fixing and reinforcement works
• General concrete and civil labouring duties
• Working safely within a large project team

About You

• Trade qualification in Formwork Carpentry, Certificate III Concreting (highly regarded)
• Experience as a Formwork Carpenter, Concreter, Concrete Labourer or Steel Fixer
• Current Construction White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong commitment to site safety and teamwork
• Ability to work rostered shifts, with rosters provided in advance
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Ability to provide two recent professional references
