PSD Energy is seeking a hands-on Fleet Mechanic Supervisor to lead and support the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of our site plant, fleet, and equipment.
This is a project-based role working on a 3:1 roster, suited to an experienced diesel or heavy vehicle mechanic who is comfortable working away on site while remaining based in Adelaide. The successful applicant must be based in Adelaide, or willing to relocate, with project work requiring travel to site as needed (current site is Horsham, Victoria).
You will be responsible for supervising a small team, currently expected to be 2–3 people, while also remaining actively involved “on the tools”. You will play a key role in delivering preventative and corrective maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring our equipment remains available, compliant, and operating safely across site environments.
For the right person, there is also a genuine opportunity to progress into a management role within 12–18 months, subject to performance, suitability, and business needs. This future management position would most likely be based at our Head Office in Pooraka, South Australia.
Working closely with the Fleet & Logistics Manager, site operations, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will help minimise downtime and support the successful delivery of PSD Energy’s projects.
