The Opportunity:

The position will work under the direction of the Baralaba/Goldings Mobile Maintenance Supervisors and Komatsu Project Manager to maintain and repair a range of equipment to ensure optimum quality, availability and performance. Actively participate in communication and data collection between the customer, Project Manager and Gladstone Branch contacts to develop and maintain strong and positive relationships

Roster: 7 days on/7 days off – 12.5 hour days

Role Located: Baralaba Mine Site

What we are looking for:

• Certified Tradesperson with relevant qualifications in diesel fitting or mechanical engineering.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in the repair and maintenance of earthmoving equipment and components.
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Possess a current understanding of Komatsu ICT systems, including Komtrax, Komtrax Plus, EQP Care, Link One, and GE Systems, to effectively navigate and utilize these platforms in daily operations.
