We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of FIFO Scheduling Coordinator within our Western Australia (WA) operations. This pivotal role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and demonstrates high adaptability while maintaining structure. As a leadership position within the allocated contract, the FIFO Scheduling Coordinator will report directly to the Regional Manager, overseeing all aspects of workforce planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently schedule and roster both permanent and ad hoc/casual workforce.

- Manage and maintain rosters, including identifying recruitment needs and providing leave coverage.

- Ensure compliance with site requirements and qualifications.

- Manage and allocate ad hoc work, ensuring accurate data entry to minimize payroll errors.

- Track, measure, and report on labour usage, providing recommendations to the Wilson      Security WA, Leadership Team.

- Manage associated systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient rostering.

- Ensure correct employee payments (Payroll function).

- Provide first point of contact and support for employee and customer inquiries.

- Lead ongoing projects related to workforce planning and optimization.

- Point of contact for the National Operations Centre (NOC).

- Manage and reduce dropped hours/ shifts.

- Coordinate travel requirements for FIFO sites.

- Track and report on Overtime, Dropped Shifts and general staffing trends.

What You Will Bring:

- A positive people person able to build professional relationships with staff quickly.

- Proven experience in high-paced rostering and scheduling environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- High adaptability while maintaining structure and organization.

- Strong coordination skills with experience in managing projects and teams.

- Thorough understanding of the Security Services Industry Award 2020.

- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data in a fast-paced setting.

- Experience in large-volume people rostering (approx. 180 staff members region wide)

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in rostering systems.

- Exceptional accuracy in data entry.

- Strong time management and prioritization skills.

- Demonstrated computer literacy skills.
