The Role

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 1 Permanent Administration role at our contract site where Balranald is the Point of Hire, SA & VIC  

Roster: Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF |  9am to 9 pm 

What This Role Involves

  • Responsible for site related administration paper work, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames 
  • Manning the front reception area for visitors arrival 
  • Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries
  • Incoming and Outgoing mail 
  • General Office Duties
  • Assist the broader team as required
  •  Housekeeping supervising and bar work may be required 

​Ideal Candidate would need to have: 

  • 1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role
  • 1 - 2 yrs exp Guest Reservations Administrator, Guest Services Administration or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration) 
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • All front office reception duties – meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
  • A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
  • A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
  • Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
  • Drivers License (Auto or Man)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is desired
