The Opportunity
To support the growth of our company, Zone RV is looking for experienced fabricators to join our welding team. Any prior experience in steel chassis fabrication, boiler making, steel welding or aluminium welding would be desirable.
Responsibilities
• Assist the welding team with welding the chassis for the vans
• Assist with welding projects for the production team
• Assist with welding accessories and repairs to vans
• Assist with welding aluminium frames
• Work within a team to produce the required number of chassis each week
Requirements
• Must have completed a trade certificate in either fabrication, boiler making, black smithing or another relevant field
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must have 5+ years’ experience welding steel or similar metal
• Must be able to work within a team to meet deadlines
• Experience welding chassis for vehicles is desirable but not essential
