Job Description

The Opportunity
We’re expanding our Perth Operations and strengthening our team. As we continue to grow our capabilities across current and future major infrastructure projects across Pilbara, we’re seeking experienced Environmental & Sustainability Senior Advisors, Advisors & Coordinators to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving environmental compliance, embedding sustainable practices, and supporting the delivery of some of Western Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects with FIFO Opportunities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with project teams and engineers on environmental and sustainability matters.
  • Support management systems to ensure compliance with state and federal environmental approvals.
  • Monitor, report, and advise on environmental performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist project teams in meeting environmental commitments and driving sustainability outcomes.
  • Implement environmental policies, management plans, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Develop and maintain environmental documentation, including CEMPs, worksite management plans, and control plans.
  • Deliver environmental training, toolbox talks, and inductions to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental statutes, regulations, and internal standards.

Required Skills and Competencies

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or Equivalent.
  • Substantial site experience with environmental regulations and implementation of management plans in the construction industry.
  • Working knowledge of audit procedures and processes.
