The Opportunity:

This role is based in the picturesque town of Murwillumbah in Northern NSW. 

Our employees enjoy an enviable lifestyle in the northern rivers from Byron Bay to the Gold Coast and nearby hinterlands.

We are a supportive and collaborative team that values your skills and contributions.

We are looking for an Electrical Technician / Electrician who has experience working within a technical and programming environment onsite in our facility in Lundberg Drive and Honeyeater Cct.

The ideal candidate will be organised and solution minded. This will include an exceptional attention to detail and a strong technical aptitude.

Skills/Knowledge:


  • comprehensive and proven experience in designing and installing domestic, commercial and industrial power systems.

  • Excellent electrical wiring skills, including electrical panels and solar-battery solutions.

  • Solid working knowledge of current solar technologies

  • Ability to comprehend and follow technical documentation such as electrical drawings, schematics and QA documentation.

  • Proficiency in systems assembly and manufacturing using hand tools

  • Logical problem solving and fault finding

  • Analytical and detail-centric comprehension skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Formal Electrical (VET) Qualifications

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with Victron solar systems

  • Experience in instrumentation, dataloggers, wiring communications, data, security, PLC, control systems an advantage.

  • Extra low voltage systems

  • Technical computer skills and networking
