We’re looking for an Electrician who’s passionate about the solar industry, highly organised, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

As part of RAA’s Solar & Battery team, you’ll take ownership of the on-site technical installation, repair, and commissioning of commercial PV and battery systems — helping power South Australia’s cleaner, smarter energy future.

RAA Solar & Battery is one of SA’s largest providers of renewable energy solutions for residential and commercial customers. We deliver complete energy solutions — from solar and battery systems to EV charging and smart energy management.

  • Install, service, and repair solar, battery, and EV systems to industry and company standards
  • Work across residential and commercial sites — from homes to large-scale installations
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, representing RAA with professionalism
  • Collaborate within a supportive team culture that values safety, quality, and innovation

Qualifications & Certifications

  • A-Class Electrical Licence (mandatory)
  • SA Light Vehicle Licence (mandatory)
  • Grid-Connected Solar Installation & Design (mandatory)
  • Grid-Connected Battery Design & Installation (desired)
  • Stand-alone power systems design and installation (desired)
  • Working at Heights, EWP, White Card, and First Aid certification (mandatory)

Skills & Experience

  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to safety
  • Experience mentoring apprentices and team members
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance portals for Solar, Battery, and EV installations
