The Role

The Electrician is key to our Maintenance Team having full responsibility for carrying out all electrical repairs around the resort, performing preventative maintenance and installation on domestic and commercial equipment of the facilities, whilst also working alongside the maintenance team to assist with general maintenance duties.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant Maintenance experience in a similar role, and maintenance knowledge
  • Trade Qualified A grade Electrical License
  • Unrestricted/Open Manual License
  • First Aid Certificate (highly regarded)
  • Applicable license(s) to perform duties
  • Workplace Health and Safety Representative Training (highly regarded)
  • The ability to deliver prompt and efficient maintenance solutions
  • The ability to support a diverse team to achieve high guest satisfaction and meet business objectives
  • Effective verbal and written communication, and effective decision making

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
