The Role

We are currently looking to employ fulltime suitably skilled EFM’s to join our teams at the following locations:

• Lancaster Solar Farm (Substation Build) – Lancaster Vic
• Toowoomba – Multiple Projects
• HV / LV / URD – multiple projects
• Light Industrial processing facility

You will be working with our highly skilled team to provide:

• Industrial electrical installation, fault finding and maintenance
• Electrical shutdowns
• Overhead and Underground Network Maintenance and Construction
• Substation Construction and Maintenance
• HV apparatus installation and cable jointing
• Commercial Solar Construction and Maintenance

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will:

• Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Managers
• Ensure that project safety and progress meet our high standards
• Complete works to required safety and quality benchmarks
• Be prepared for travel (FIFO/DIDO) as required for projects across QLD, NSW and VIC
• Foster strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
• Offer technical insight, suggest design improvements, and support cost optimisation
• Access to AS Standards at your fingertips
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and collaborative leadership skills.

What You’ll Need

• QLD Electrical Licence
• QLD Drivers Licence (HR desirable)
• CPR/LVR (current)
• Construction Industry White Card
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings
• Strong safety mindset and work ethic
• Sound communication and computer literacy

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

• HV Switching Ticket
• HV Cable Termination Experience
• High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF, DG)
