About the position

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to maintain and enhance operations at our retail-ready facility in Burleigh Heads, QLD. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is more than just maintenance – you will be working on exciting projects that help keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently!

Key Responsibilities

• Strong fault-finding skills, including troubleshooting and maintaining VSDs, compressors, sensors, and production equipment
• Perform electrical work during planned shutdowns and projects
• Collaborate with operations to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Prioritise maintenance tasks and work independently
• Proactively identify issues and deliver solutions to keep operations running at peak performance
• Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a key focus on safety, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols

What We're Looking for:

• Industrial experience - preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Current Electrical License.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Shutdown or project work experience is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset.
