THE ROLE

• Maintain and service processing plant electrical infrastructure - crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings, and reagent circuits
• Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
• Assist with general maintenance around the camp as required
• Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto, our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Attend call outs as per call out roster
• Liaising with Contractors and Stakeholders as required

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
• Experience working within a gold or similar commodity processing plant
• Electrical Trade Qualification
• Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
• High Voltage accreditation (HV Switching)
• First Aid/CPR/LVR
• Electrical Instrumentation (desirable)
• Refrigeration experience (desirable)
• Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
• Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
• Sound working knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits; and associated infrastructure
• Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Proficient Microsoft office skills
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
• A can-do, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
