Electrician

About the Role

PSD Energy is seeking a qualified and hand-on electrician to join our team immediately on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance and workflow. This role is based in our workshop and will focus on the electrical fit out of transportable buildings and switch rooms for substation and renewable energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete fit outs of transportable buildings and prefabricated switch rooms.
• Cable tray installation, cable pulling, lighting and power installs, terminations.
• Work from electrical schematics and ensure all work comply with Australian standards.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality and efficiency.

About You

• Current A-Grade Electrical License (SA or eligible for mutual recognition)
• Proven experience in commercial/industrial installations.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
• Available for an immediate start.
