Electrical Apprenticeship

Ready to spark your career? AGA is looking for a motivated 1st Year Electrical Apprentice to join a host employer and get stuck into real on-the-job experience while completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology. If you’re keen to learn, love hands-on work and want to earn while you learn, this could be the perfect start.

What you will be doing:

•  Jump in and help qualified electricians on site.
• Learn how to install, maintain and repair electrical systems.
• Work on small transportable homes, general electrical maintains.
• Get hands-on with tools, testing and fault finding.
• Build safe work habits from day one.
• Attend training and work towards your trade qualification.
• Pick up practical skills that set you up for a solid career.

What we are looking for:

• You’re keen to get into the electrical trade and learn from the ground up.
• You show up on time, work hard and bring a good attitude.
• You’re a team player who can listen, learn and communicate well.
• You take safety seriously.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport are a bonus.
• White Card preferred, or willing to get one.
• You have Australian residency or valid working rights.
