Description

Utilita Water Solutions is a joint venture between Ventia and Downer Utilities that delivers electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance services and projects across a diverse range of water and wastewater assets.  Our delivery area covers Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding western regions.  

The team & opportunity:

Our electrical scope of work is large and varied and includes electrical and instrumentation preventative maintenance and breakdown repair activities on the water and wastewater infrastructure, across the network. We have opportunities in our team, working all over Brisbane.

This is an opportunity within a growth industry, working with a larger team of experienced tradespeople who specialise in electrical, instrumentation and control systems engineering, hazardous areas and high voltage systems. There is lots to learn and opportunities to grow within our organisation.  

Our ideal candidate:

You will take on challenges with a can-do attitude and a positive approach, this will drive success in the role, enabling you to perform at your highest capacity.

  • QLD Electrical License.
  • Cert III Electrical.
  • Cert III Instrumentation preferred; Cert IV Instrumentation required.
  • White Card.
  • Experience in an industrial environment, with water/wastewater will be highly regarded.
  • Hepatitis A&B vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
