Diesel Fitter/Mechanic - Service Technician

Allclass is an independent, family owned, Queensland born-and-bred Kubota Dealer and Specialist operating for over 30 years. We’re authorised Kubota dealers for mini excavators, tractors, mowers, and excavator parts. We sell a complete range of Kubota parts and products to meet the customer’s needs. As a Workshop Service Technician, you will be instrumental in providing servicing and repairs or breakdowns as well as pre-delivery builds. To succeed, the quality of your work will be exemplary, ensuring repeat business from our customers. As part of a close-knit team, you will work collaboratively with others to minimise turnaround times for the customer.

More specifically your duties will include the following:

• Work with the Service Team regarding daily schedule and changes
• Undertake builds, servicing and repairs while complying with Safe Work Method Statements
• Update the Service Team before during and after job is completed
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork
• Undertake trade related training to maintain competency

In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:

• Qualified in Mechanical Trade Diesel Fitting or equivalent
• Skilled at assessing and mitigating risk
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to collaborate with other roles and teams
• Ability to determine issues requiring escalation
