The Role
Join HMR as an experienced Diamond Driller for surface or underground work. Operate rigs, hit production targets, and earn metre-based bonuses—the more you drill, the higher your pay. FIFO or residential in Kalgoorlie.

- Rosters: 7/7, 14/7 & 14/14
- Competitive hourly rates + bonus potential

- Residential in Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Major Cities
- Underground and surface work available

Responsibilities
- Operate HMR drill rigs (Skid Steer, Mobile, Longyear, LM90, LM110, UDR1000/1200, LF90D)
- Understand geological formations and core sampling methods
- Mentor and train Drill Assistants
- Perform daily checks & maintenance on rigs
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site rules
Qualifications / Requirements
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance within 6 months
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Manual Driver’s Licence (underground) / HR Licence (surface)
- Cert II/III in Drilling Operations (Cert IV highly regarded)
