The Role
We are seeking Surface & Underground Drill Assistants in WA. Entry-level or experienced candidates are welcome. Assist drillers, perform hands-on tasks, and build your mining career.

Key Details
- Rosters: 14/7
- FIFO from Perth or residential in Kalgoorlie
- Surface and underground work
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Full-time, permanent positions
- No experience required – full on-the-job training
- Competitive pay rates
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drillers in core sampling and rig operations
- Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
- Perform manual handling and operational support tasks
- Contribute to a safe, productive work environment
Requirements / Qualifications
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance within 6 months
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Driver’s Licence (underground) / HR Licence (surface)
- Physical fitness and willingness to learn
