Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labour, furniture assembly, or construction is desirable but not required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in furniture building and site maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
