Construction Project Manager & Estimator - HVAC

Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Construction Project Manager & Estimator - HVAC to work out of our Melbourne office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions! 

About the Role:

• Provide turnkey solutions to our internal and external clients in the form of taking a request for quote, scoping the works, pricing & delivering the works, including provision of handover and related documentation.
• Project managing HVAC Construction refurbishment projects by co-coordinating internal/external labour, trade resources, supply of material & all co-ordination of internal support services, including engineering and drafting.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of our client’s brief / requirements in both our D&C and specified target markets. 
• You will be responsible for designing / estimating projects of an array of values and scope by co‐coordinating our suppliers and sub‐contractors in order to achieve our delivery targets.
• You will be responsible for providing design options to both our internal and external clients and estimating your own designs accordingly.

Skills & Experience:

• Trade and/or tertiary qualification in the Mechanical industry or Project Management qualifications/certification
• 3-6 years experience in HVAC Project Management & client relationship orientated works.
• Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good organisation and prioritisation ability
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Experience in working in Projects valued from $100k to $5m
