Officer - Plumbing/Gas Compliance Grade: Clerk Grade 7/8 Location: Parramatta / Sydney Term: Temporary – up to 12 Months Closing date: Monday, 7th July 2025 [9:59am] About the Building Commission NSW The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join the next phase of the Building Commission within NSW. https://www.nsw.gov.au/housing-and-construction/building-commissioner This role is an exciting temporary opportunity to work within the Plumbing and Gas Compliance teams on all aspects of compliance. These are high performing teams responsible for delivery of risk-based compliance inspection activities across the Building and Construction sector in NSW. The team primarily operates under delegation and legislative provisions of the Gas and Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2017, Home Building Act 1989 and Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011 and associated regulations.
