Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck and commercial tires and wheels
• Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
• The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
• Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
• Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!

• Physically demanding role with consistent, hard work all day
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
• This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone with previous commercial tire experience, at least 1 year preferred
• A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
• Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
