We are looking for skilled, qualified, and motivated CNC Machinist who want to join our team.

What we’re looking for:
·Trade Qualification: A relevant qualification in CNC machining or Cert III Engineering (Fitter and Turner preferable) or equivalent in Machining background
·Technical experience: Min. 3 yrs. experience in CNC machine setting, operation, use of measuring tools, etc.
·Solid experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills – big or small – within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
·Experience with Okuma machines is advantageous.
·Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
·Ability to read, interpret and apply Engineering drawings and technical documents
·Have a high attention to detail and ensure the quality of their work
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In addition to the above, you must be able to
·Pass a pre-employment, medical including drug and alcohol screening
·Provide GTE with 2 professional references (following interview)
