About The Role

They are seeking a Carpentry and Joinery Apprentice to join their busy team. Ideally, they are seeking someone who is willing to learn and not afraid of hard work. The role is quite labour intensive which can at times require long hours to be worked.

Your work will have you using various machinery and tools on site as you work alongside experienced and qualified tradesmen and successfully complete all components of your qualification.

This is a great opportunity for someone new to the industry looking to gain an entry into the carpentry/joinery field, or someone already undertaking a Carpentry/Joinery apprenticeship and wishes to re-commence.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Display a willingness to learn and take direction
• Have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and training
• Ability to use your initiative and eager to get involved in the work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Not be afraid to ask questions and speak up when necessary
• Hold a current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Possess (or be willing to obtain) a White Card
• Have completed a relevant pre-apprenticeship (Certificate II) (desirable)
