The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for experienced Carpenters & Leading Hands to join our team at our Coolum Beach head office/factory. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands-on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on-site.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering consistent hours, structured schedules, and long-term career opportunities with one of Queensland’s most progressive builders.

Your Day-to-Day

• Perform a full range of carpentry tasks: framing, fix-out, cladding, fit-off, flooring, cabinetry, etc.
• Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings.
• Coordinate with production, site, and design teams to meet project milestones.
• Travel for modular site works and installations across SEQ (travel allowances apply).
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safe, compliant work practices.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in residential or modular construction
• Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• White Card and valid driver’s licence
• Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket

• Full-time or Casual Employee
• Carpenters FT $39.73 – $42.95 (ordinary hours); $59.60 – $64.43 (daily overtime >7.6hrs) – casuals are 25%
• Leading Hand FT $46.91 (ordinary hours); $70.37 (daily overtime >7.6hrs) – casuals are 25%
• Typical 5 day (44hr) work week, includes regular overtime
