Some of your Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform maintenance services and repairs in the areas of basic plumbing (not requiring a licensed plumber), carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, basic low voltage electrical (not requiring a licensed electrician)

  • Respond to maintenance on hotel equipment and assets as required and miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. 

  • Attend to scheduled preventive maintenance in guests’ rooms (RPM), meeting rooms, and public spaces, as well as reactive requests. 

  • Carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with the property preventive maintenance procedures and standard guidelines. 

  • Assist in maintaining the system’s integrity of facility boiler system, pumps, ventilation systems, plumbing, water and sewage systems (without breaching licensing restrictions), and other building components. 

  • Ensure that appropriate service manuals, technical manuals, and blueprints are utilized during preventive maintenance, repair, or replacement of systems or components. In addition, adhere to sound engineering practices and building codes and follow safety precautions.

What we value for this role:



  • Previous experience. Hotel experience will be valuable. 

  • Technology aptitude. 

  • Open to 14th nightly rotating shifts (including weekends).
