The Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Carpenter who is ready to take the next step in their career. As part of our team, you will:

Lead and Perform Construction Activities: Enjoy being on site, leading and performing day-to-day construction tasks, including hands-on work when needed.

Detailed Site Documentation: Maintain thorough site documentation for all activities using our online management systems.

Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, identifying efficiencies to meet or exceed targets.

Quality Standards: Set, drive, and manage acceptable quality standards for all construction activities.

Safety and Compliance: Implement and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety, quality control, and environmental management systems.

Practical Solutions: Contribute practical, buildable solutions and suggestions to improve project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter, Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, or Foreman on commercial projects, especially on complex sites like airports, correctional facilities and shopping centres.

Commitment: A desire to grow with the company and follow established processes.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and implement practical solutions on site.

Attention to Detail: High level of detail in site documentation and project management.
