About the role:

Thamarrurr Development Corporation (TDC) located in Wadeye are seeking qualified carpenters to join our Housing & Construction team.


  • Carpentry maintenance and installations

  • Implementation and maintenance of safe WHS work practices

  • Attention to detail of directions, work orders and construction plans

  • Reporting i.e. progress updates, detailed completion of job cards

  • Training, mentoring and supervising indigenous trades assistants

Job Specific Criterion


  • Minimum Cert III in Carpentry,

  • NT Construction Card (white card)

  • Current NT C Class Drivers Licence,

  • Possess a high level of physical ability and fitness

Essential Licences / Clearances prior to commencement


  • Northern Land Council work & resident permit (with assistance)

  • National Police Clearance Check (with assistance)
