Maintenance, Building & Construction Carpenter Role

About the Role:

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of ongoing work, we are looking for experienced maintenance carpenters and shopfitters who are multi skilled and are able to undertake a broad range of tasks across a variety of sectors to deliver on business and customer expectations. The successful candidate(s) will have experience in the trade industry as a carpenter along with relevant qualifications. Previous experience in building projects and/or facilities maintenance will be highly regarded, but not essential. The role will see you reporting directly to our team of Project Managers whilst working closely with the broader team to deliver business goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with our long term and ongoing customers continue to build on these already strong relationships.

  • The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified carpenter with 5+ industry experience along with broad general building knowledge
  • Experienced in managing minor construction and maintenance projects
  • Experienced working with customers and subcontractors
  • Basic estimating experience
  • Experience with a job management system (AroFlo) is preferred but not essential
