The role:

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated Cabling Technicians and Electricians to join our talent pool. By registering your interest, you’ll be considered for future high-profile electrical and telecommunications projects supporting some of the world’s largest hyperscale data centre clients.

Joining Alliance SI, will mean:

• Install, test, and maintain high-performance structured cabling systems (Cat6A, fibre, copper).
• Deliver quality electrical and data installations, upgrades, and maintenance across diverse sites.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Interpret and execute project drawings, specifications, and scope documentation with precision.
• Represent Alliance SI on-site with professionalism and clear client communication.
• Lead by example – promote safety, mentor apprentices, and uphold exceptional workmanship.

What we’re looking for:

• Current Electrical Licence and ACMA Licence with endorsements in Structured, Coaxial, and Fibre Optics.
• A strong understanding of data cabling standards and industry practices.
• Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and deliver to tight timeframes.
• Confident, self-motivated, and capable of driving team performance.
