About the role

Partnering with a family owned and operated business with over 43 years industry experience and exceptional growth, Kestrel is excited to work alongside a business that holds a reputation as a prompt, professional provider of quality electrical services. 

In this full-time role, you will complete a Certificate III in Distribution Underground while servicing in and around Albury, NSW. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team who work closely to deliver projects and maintenance across High Voltage, Low Voltage, Data & Communications, Solar and Road Services and learn from the ground up.

What you will be doing

• Working within overhead and underground construction
• Installing underground cables, pillars, transformers and conductors
• Working on underground cable systems, ensuring all joints are installed to the highest standards
• Conducting testing and fault finding on HV cable networks

What we are looking for

• Completion of a Cert II in Electrotechnology or recent work placement
• Manual Driver’s License
• White card
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Eager and passionate about the electrical industry
• Strong problem solving and math skills
• Team oriented and cooperative
• Proactive and Safety Focused
