Cabinet Maker (Module Assembler)

We’re now looking for hands-on Cabinet Makers / Module Assemblers to join our Production team in Coolum and play a key role in shaping the interiors of our luxury caravans.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-quality cabinetry modules using hand and power tools
• Integrate basic 12V electrical, plumbing, and component installations
• Carry out quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and keep production on track
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly targets
• Share skills with junior team members while continuing to grow your own

What You’ll Bring

• Background in cabinetry, carpentry, joinery, or woodworking (2–3 years ideal, but entry-level also welcome)
• Experience with hand and power tools, plus strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and a team-first attitude
• Training in 12V electrical, plumbing systems will be highly regarded
