Seascape Joinery is looking for a Factory Cabinetmaker to join our growing team in Coolum Beach. This is a full-time position for an experienced individual with a background in commercial joinery and/or shop fitting. • Assemble high-quality joinery items within manufacturing workshop.
• Interpret architectural plans and manufacturing drawings.
• Safe use of tools, machinery and CNC equipment.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality work.
• Provide direction and support to team members where possible.
• Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures and industry standards.
Must-Haves:
• Trade qualification and experience in commercial joinery or shop fitting.
• Strong technical, mechanical, and mathematical aptitudes, and ability to communicate.
• Experience using CNC machinery.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
