Based in Lytton, we provide high-quality solutions for the state’s leading retail outlets, and we are looking for skilled tradespeople to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Cabinet Makers to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. You will be directly involved in creating the custom cabinetry and woodworking solutions that define our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For
- You hold a qualification in Cabinet Making (or similar).
- A proactive, “Can-Do” mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and experience operating machinery to full capacity.
- Meticulous workmanship and the ability to inspect products for strict conformity to standards.
- Excellent understanding of OHS requirements and hazard identification.
Your Role
- Assemble basic to complex components to a high standard.
- Apply advanced CNC techniques and intermediate CAD/CAM skills.
- Adjust tooling and support machine upkeep.
- Operate seamlessly between workstations and manage inventory to ensure preferred workflows.
- Provide trade guidance and training to team members.
