We are one of the worlds largest manufacturers of air conditioning equipment, and the business is rapidly expanding in the Australian HVAC market.  

The Role 

We're looking for a sales professional to develop and grow existing HVAC products and brand with dealers, installers and resellers that will deliver sustained profitable growth. This opportunity would suit a motivated Business Development Manager who uses data and insights to develop winning strategies, turning leads into long-term customers and creating enduring business partnerships.  

You will develop and nurture new and existing relationships, providing a value proposition that cultivates momentum for the brand, vision and products.   This is an opportunity to grow the fourth largest global air-conditioning brand in the local market of Australia!

You will be a confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to influence, and you can skilfully articulate reasons why our offer is unique in the market.  

Sales experience in successfully growing a brand is important. You will have a proven track record of converting cold approaches in to enduring customer relationships to deliver profitable growth. Understanding of sales planning and prioritisation would be beneficial. 

With our QLD office based in Lytton, Brisbane, this role is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the wider Queensland area.
