The Role

Due to significant growth, MCA Engineering are seeking the following to join the team in Parkes NSW for upcoming projects both onsite and in our workshop for all aspects of Under Ground Construction in either fulltime or casual positions.

• Supervisors
• Boilermakers
• Fitters
• Riggers

Selection Criteria:

• High-level of attention to detail
• Experience working on a range of fabrication tasks (Boilermaker positions)
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, and also be part of a team
• Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work
• Supervisor roles – Must have experience running crews of 5 or more tradespeople
• Relevant Trade Qualifications or experience
• Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment
• Are available to go to a mine site when required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
