Macadamia Farm Management is seeking motivated team members to join our innovative workshop in Welcome Creek. Help us build, maintain, and improve machinery that supports one of Australia’s leading macadamia producers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and modify machinery and equipment to support farm operations
• Perform machining, metal forming, and bending of materials
• Assist with installation and maintenance of fabricated structures
• Collaborate with engineers to meet specifications and standards
• Design and build jigs and tools to improve workshop efficiency
• Support general repairs and maintenance across farm machinery
• Share your knowledge and support other workshop team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker, Fabricator, or Fitter
• OR highly skilled individuals with equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and fabrication standards
