As a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO), ARRA Group supports apprentices by placing them with host employers and offering ongoing mentorship and development opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ARRA Group is currently seeking a motivated individual to commence a 1st Year Boilermaker Apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in metal fabrication and welding, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures and components
• Operate welding and cutting equipment under supervision
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Measure and mark out materials accurately
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe worksite

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Have a genuine interest in metal fabrication and welding
• Be eager to learn and develop practical trade skills
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Possess good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Hold a valid driver’s licence (preferred)
• Have a White Card or be willing to obtain one
