We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as B1 Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, working on King Air, PC-12, Cessna and Piper aircraft. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, gain valuable on-the-job training, and work towards your CASA B1 Licence in a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role
- Assisting with scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
- Supporting troubleshooting and defect rectification activities
- Learning to carry out modifications and component changes
- Maintaining aircraft systems in compliance with CASA regulation
- Following company procedures and aviation safety standards
- Working alongside qualified engineers and contributing to daily maintenance tasks
What You’ll Need
- A genuine interest in aviation and aircraft maintenance
- Commitment to completing a CASA-recognised B1 apprenticeship program
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A positive attitude and dedication to safety
Highly Regarded
- Previous exposure to aviation environments (e.g. hangar work, aviation studies)
- Completion of pre-apprenticeship or relevant aviation coursework
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in a technical trade
