We're looking for someone with strong retail experience in a senior or leadership role, who can motivate a team to achieve sales targets while helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need to get the job done.

Your day-to-day

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in driving operational excellence, team engagement, and customer satisfaction while helping lead the branch to achieve its goals.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Leading from the front – motivating and mentoring a team of passionate team members.
• Driving sales performance – supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, managing stock, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Customer first – building strong relationships with construction professionals, project managers, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Problem-solving – thinking on your feet to resolve challenges and keep things moving.
• Safety & compliance – ensuring the branch operates safely and in line with Reece standards.
