Apprenticeship - Wall & Floor Tiling (Emu Park)

About the Role:

Building Industry Training are advertising this position on behalf of our client. Employment will be directly with the client, not with Building Industry Training. However, if you are successful in securing the role, Building Industry Training will deliver the formal training component of your apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and installation of wall and floor tiles.
• Learn to measure, cut, and lay tiles with precision.
• Mix and apply adhesives and grouts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions from qualified tradespeople and supervisors.
• Attend and complete formal training as part of the apprenticeship.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in wall and floor tiling.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Driver’s licence and own transport preferred but not essential.
• Must be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in Australia.
