• Learn the trade of painting and working within a team of dedicated qualified painters
• Learn various techniques of the trade
• How to prepare surfaces for coatings
• How to apply and finish different substrates.

The role involves repairing surface imperfections, matching colors, and using tools like brushes and sprayers to enhance aesthetics and protect structures.
