Apprenticeship - Landscaper

We are looking for someone to join our landscaping crew! Our team is like our family, we work hard together and have fun whilst doing it.

Godden Landscaping specialise in full service landscaping which includes design, development site prep, fencing, retaining walls, turfing, irrigation & water services. You will be working in both residential and commercial settings giving you a chance to build a range of skills and experience.

We're offering a Full-Time position with consistent work.

You will be required to commit to the 3 year Horticulture training program.

We're passionate about growing our team from the ground up and offer opportunities for our staff to gain new skills and move into leadership roles.

Godden Landscaping is a locally owned and family-run landscaping and fencing company, servicing the Gold Coast and surrounds. We have been delivering high-quality, comprehensive landscaping since 2007 and are a highly regarded choice by builders & developers. We are a hands on business and it's not uncommon to be working alongside the boss.

What you will receive:

• A varied apprenticeship and the opportunity to learn skills outside of your trade
• All apprenticeship training fees paid for (3yrs)
• Truck & Machinery training and licenses (bobcat, excavator etc.)
• Experience working with our highly qualified team, including: horticulturalists, fencers and builders
• Strong team ethic, as well as, the confidence to work on your own
• Get to work outdoors in a hands-on, creative role

Essentials of this role include:

• No landscaping experience is necessary
• Must have a genuine interest in this trade
• Reliable transport is necessary & a current drivers licence 
• Must be hard working and able to demonstrate a high level of physical fitness 
• Able to work outside in the hot weather and sometimes the rain (we live in QLD after all!) Dedicated to being a part of our team.
