Exploring the role…
As part of Busy at Work, the Apprenticeship Community Australian Apprenticeships Support Services, you'll spearhead business development creating new business opportunities with stakeholders, driving apprentice commencements, and exceeding KPIs through stellar account management and support activities.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Promote traineeships and apprenticeships, securing commencement opportunities
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives, including school visits and other venues
- Foster relationships with employers, RTOs, and industry stakeholders
- Maximize business opportunities with existing clients
- Stay updated on policy changes and new initiatives
- Guide clients through sign-up processes and government forms
- Provide quality account management services
- Ensure precise system data entry
- Provide initial and ongoing support to Australian Apprentices including, facilitating face-to-face progress contacts
- Administer effective tests to assess individuals' skill levels, identify gaps, and evaluate aptitude for various training paths and occupations
Location: Albany, offering the perfect blend of fieldwork and the flexibility of working from home when you’re not on the go!

- Ability to establish strong working relationships with apprentices and employers
- Demonstrated business development or sales experience
