Apprenticeship - Automotive Electrical

Support Vehicles Australia is a leading Design and Manufacture organisation supplying bespoke heavy equipment to key clients primarily in the Mining Industry within Western Australia.

An opportunity is available for a First Year Apprentice Automotive Electrician to join our team based at our facility in Bassendean. Both Mature aged and Junior apprentices will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Western Australian Certificate of Education with passes in English and Mathematics
• Certificate II in Automotive Electrical Technology (Automotive Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship)
• Mechanically minded with a genuine interest in the automotive electrical trade
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn, take direction and follow processes
• Positive Attitude
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• Commitment to become a Trade Qualified Automotive Electrician
• Good time management skills
• Positive attitude towards safety, quality and housekeeping

The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of:

• Working towards a Automotive Electrical Trade Certificate (CERT III in Automotive Electrical Technology)
