Skymaze Industries are on the lookout for an Apprentice Welder/Fabricator to join their team!

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Skymaze Industries is a well-established Perth Marine and Architectural business which was established in 2009. They specialise in catering to yacht mast repairs, rigging replacements and stainless-steel railing repairs. Included in this is customizing stainless steel bow rails to yachts and any other modifications required involving welding. They also specialise in metal fabrication and architectural rigging in which they are contracted by various national and international companies.

Skymaze has been part of many exciting projects and are dedicated to continuing to grow their company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Skymaze are on the lookout for an Apprentice Welder/Fabricator to join their team in Booragoon. The successful candidate will be enrolled to complete a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding). Some duties may include, cutting, bending, sanding, polishing and welding. 

The ideal candidate:

• Boat/Yacht experience or knowledge
• Keen eye for detail 
• Willing to learn
• Manual driver's license
• White Card - or willing to obtain
• Ability to work interstate on small projects as required
• Willing to work at heights when working on Architectural projects as scissor lift or EWP's are often required
