We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Spray Painter Apprentice at Rabor Smash Repairs in Kelmscott. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and painting of various surfaces using spray painting equipment. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in the field of spray painting.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
– Mix and apply paint using spray painting equipment
– Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets customer specifications
– Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of spray painting equipment
– Maintaining high safety standards in the workplace
– Attend formal training in line with apprenticeship requirements
