Kardan Construction are on the lookout for an Apprentice Painter!
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Kardan is an Aboriginal Business providing construction services across Perth metro and regional areas of Western Australia. They have a large internal painting division and seeking to take on apprentices to create more opportunities for those seeking to advance their career as a Painter Decorator.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a motivated individual eager to become a qualified Painter & Decorator. Ideally, you have recent experience in the industry, or a current apprentice looking to re-commence with a new employer.
As an apprentice, you'll be provided with on-the-job training through Kardan and supported off-the-job by a nominated registered training organisation (RTO) to complete your Certificate III in Painting and Decorating.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong work ethic and is reliable
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Eager to learn and take direction from the team
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year apprentice
- Police Clearance - or ability to obtain
- Driver's license
- Working at Heights and EWP (desirable)
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
